تجهیزات جانبی دیگ بخار
داشتن تجهیزات جانبی مناسب وطراحی اصولی خطوط و تجهیزات در یک دیگ باعث افزایش عمر مفید دیگ خواهد شد . بهره برداری هرچه مفیدتر و با راندمان بالا تر از تاسیسات موجود نیاز به آشنایی وانتخاب مناسب این تجهیزات دارد .
حداقل تجهیزات مورد استفاده در دیگ بخار به شرح زیر است:
1- سختی گیر : جهت حذف سختی های رسوب گذار در دیگ بخار
2- دی ریتور : جهت حذف گازهای محلول در آب مانند اکسیژن ودی اکسید کربن
3- منبع جمع آوری کندانس : به منظور جمع آوری کندانس بخار برگشتی وهدایت این کندانس به دی ریتور جهت اکسیژن زدایی
4- پکیج تزریق مواد شیمیایی : به منظورتزریق مواد شیمیایی مناسب جهت حذف اکسیژن باقیمانده در آب وتزریق مواد معلق کننده رسوب وتزریق مواد جهت نگهداشتن PH آب در حد مطلوب از آن استفاده می شود .
5- تانک Blowdown :جهت مهار کردن آب تخلیه شده از دیگ وخنک کردن این آب وهدایت آن به سیستم فاضلاب
6- تجهیزات نمونه برداری : جهت نمونه برداری آب از دیگ وسایر قسمت های مورد نیاز وخنک کردن آن از این تجهیزات استفاده می شود .
7- مخزن سوخت روزانه : جهت ذخیره سازی مقطعی سوخت وافزایش فشار در مکش پمپ سوخت از این مخزن استفاده می شود .

Minimize equipment used in the boiler as follows,

5. Tank Blowdown: to curb the discharge of water from the boiler to cool down the water and sewer system guidance
6. The sampling equipment, sampling water from the boiler to cool off from the rest of the required equipment is used.
7. The daily fuel tank, fuel pump suction pressure for increased fuel storage out of the tank used.
